NORTHPORT -- Emily Marie (Wallach) Quinn,
101, of Northport, passed away Friday, May 31, 2019, surrounded by the love of
her family.
Emily was born on October 7th,
1917 to Andrew and Anna Wallach in Chicago, IL.
Emily grew up in Pleasant Valley, OK with her four brothers, John, Paul,
Andy, and Joe; and three sisters, Ethel, Anna, and Helen. She married Arnold Conard in 1938, and the
couple had four children, Patty, Sharon, Pete, and Gary. After Arnold’s passing, Emily married Louis
Quinn and expanded her family by four stepchildren, Lou, Donny, Beverly, and
Jerry in 1960.
Emily was a passionate Detroit Tigers and
Red Wings fan, always dressing for the occasion. Emily was an incredibly warm, loving mother
and grandmother. She will forever be in
our hearts.
Emily is survived by her children, Sharon,
Pete, and Gary; four stepchildren, eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren,
and eight great-great-grandchildren.
Emily was preceded in death by her
husbands, Arnold and Louis; her siblings, and her daughter, Patti.
The family would like to thank Pete for his
complete love and devotion to their mother throughout her final years.
