2013 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Graveside services were held on Nov. 10 at Beechwood Cemetery, Leland. Memorials may be directed to The Yaakoby Education Fund, c/o Northwestern Bank, PO Box 828, Leland, MI, 49654.
