    Jerome & Mope,
Knowing the pain I feel right now, I cannot even begin to understand what you and your family are going through. Your family has known more pain and heartbreak in recent months than most experience in a lifetime. He was such a good guy. The last time I saw him, I got up in the morning in Reed City and he was snoring on my couch with my Chihuahua sleeping on his stomach. As I drove him home to P-Town, I was forcing Beatles down his throat at full volume to "re-educate you, and get you off that nonsense you listen to".....and out the window my ipod went. We spent the next hour looking for it on the side of 131 and he felt so bad he offered me his, "and mines got that good stuff on it, so its worth more" lol. That was him all over. a big ol' teddy bear walking around in a porcupine's coat. I've never laughed harder than with him and Jerome, and losing touch and reconnecting too late are things that will haunt me for my lifetime. I don't think there's anything I can say or do that can make anyone feel any better about this tremendous loss to the world, but just in case there is, contact me for anything. Derek Holmes
