  1. Paul was good friend and associate of at NEI. When Lynnette, Lynn and I were at Big Rock for an NEI industry meeting we met up with Paul and Denise. A day to remember sharing the joy of sailing with Paul and later all having dinner together. Life at its best, good memories!

  2. Paul was a very dear NEI colleague and friend, always cheerful and optimistic, always thinking ahead and envisioning a beautiful future. The kindest of gentlemen and eager to share his knowledge and passions, Paul was a man of exceptional character, confident and unassuming wherever he went, even in the circles of political influence and power he frequented in the latter half of his career. Our thoughts and prayers are with Denise and the entire Genoa family and Paul's wide circle of friends.

It is said that the passing of a righteous man enables others to draw close to his soul spiritually in ways not possible while the soul is in the body. In this way, Paul's righteous soul lives on in our prayers and memories. May his good deeds continue to bless and comfort everyone he touched.

Paul was a truly special person. We worked together briefly in 1986 at the Palo Verde nuclear generating station: his life certainly made mine happier in those memorable times. I will never forget his kindness and decency as a person. Chris Cole.
