M. Annette Mattson

PESHAWBESTOWN – M.
Annette Mattson, 72, of Peshawbestown, passed away Sunday, Jan. 22, at her
home.
Annette was born on
Oct. 1, 1944 in Grand Rapids, the daughter of Robert and Ruth (Durham)
Fisher. On June 8, 1963 in Winthrop,
Mass., she married Albin L. Mattson, Sr., who survives.
She loved spending
time with her family, reading books, flowers, collecting owls, watching her
favorite TV shows like NCIS and Bones and Annette loved spending time with her
dogs Buddy and Kitty.
In addition to her
loving husband of 53 years, Annette is survived by her sons, Albin Jr., William
(Debbie), Joseph (Bonnie), and Leon (Tracy) Mattson; daughter, Jonna (Jeffrey)
Short; grandchildren, Tricia (Matt) Loula, Amber (James) McCartney, Jessie,
Jared, and Jaxon Short; Char and Matt Pelky, Robert Tyler III,
Doug and Heather Tyler, Anna and Don Strouse; great grandchildren, Lyra
and Dexter McCartney, Julia Short, Maxx Pelky,
Katelynne Pelky, Noha Pelky, Ryleigh Strouse, Jaylie Strouse, Avery Strouse,
Kendalynne Strouse, Colton Tyler, Kayden Perkins, Bently Tyler; a brother, Kirk (Sue)
Meissner; and many extended family and friends.
She was preceded in
death by her parents; stepfather, Edward Meissner; and siblings, Robert
(Bonnie) Fisher, Otis (Sharon) Fisher, and Edward Meissner, Jr.
Annette’s Celebration
of Life will be held in June.
