TRAVERSE CITY – Gail Marie Denoyer, 71, of Traverse City, passed away Friday, April 19, 2019 at Munson Hospice House.
Gail was born on Nov. 22, 1947 in Muskegon, the daughter of Herman and Lorna (Hutson) Miller.  On Sept. 20, 1969 at Sacred Heart Church, Muskegon, she married Bernard J. Denoyer who preceded her in death on Dec. 26, 2000.
For Gail, a typical weekend might be playing cards or having coffee with the neighbors.  She was an avid reader and once claimed to have read all the novels in the library.  She loved collecting anything with light houses and liked any kind of yellow flowers.  She was always there to help anyone in need.
Gail is survived by her daughters, Brenda (Joseph) Weatherholt and Michelle Denoyer; grandson, Caleb Weatherholt; granddaughter, Kori Weatherholt; brother, James (Rose) Miller; sister, Dona (Jack) Gilbert; and her beloved nephew, James Denoyer.
In addition to her husband, Gail was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Miller.
A Celebration of Gail’s Life will be held on Monday, May 13, 2019 at 1 p.m.  at Woodside Wesleyan Church, Lake Ann.  Private burial in St. Paul’s Cemetery in Good Harbor will be held at a later date.
