Kathleen A. Johnson, 81, of Suttons Bay, passed away on Monday, October 5, 2020 at her home.
Kathy was born on July 7, 1939 in Detroit, the daughter of Thomas and Katherine (Pentrak) Urban. On September 29, 1962 in Monroe, she married her husband of 58 years, former Leelanau County Sheriff Charles A. Johnson, who survives.
Kathy graduated from Centerline High School and enjoyed teaching 4H birding. She was a culinary expert and loved gardening.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Yvonne Rolandson; and brothers, Martin and Thomas R. Urban Jr.
Private family services have been held.
